Breakfast:
Spinach, kale, cherry tomatoes sauteed in olive oil w/crushed red
peppers; 2 eggs fried in coconut oil; black coffee; water
Lunch:
Leftover chili; applesauce; water
Supper:
Chicken; roasted veggies (sweet potatoes, broccoli, beets, a few
carrots, zucchini); leftover squash--I skipped the mashed potatoes the rest of the family ate
I experienced a bit of intestinal discomfort today. Thankfully it was short lived.
