Breakfast:
Spinach, kale, mushrooms sauteed in olive oil w/crushed red
peppers; 2 fried eggs; banana/pineapple/coconut; black coffee; water
Lunch:
Sliced tomato topped with tuna and drizzled with olive oil;
cucumbers; almonds; water
(This was not enough to eat--I felt hungry in the afternoon)
Supper:
Chili made with hamburger, onion, green, red and orange peppers,
garlic salt, 2 cans diced tomatoes, celery; applesauce; water
