I totally stuck to our menu plan last week! The only difference was on Wednesday I had planned chicken/broccoli/rice casserole. I ended up cooking chicken breasts in the crockpot with a can of cream of mushroom soup, served it over some rice, and had frozen mixed veggies on the side. I didn't have anything planned for Saturday, and we ended up having grilled cheese and tomato soup (for the adults) and Dora chicken noodle soup (for the kids).
Here's what we're eating this week:
Sunday--Pork chops, baked potatoes, green beans
Monday--Smoked sausage, fried potatoes, veggie
Tuesday--Chicken, sweet potatoes, veggie
Wednesday--Homemade vegetable soup
Thursday--THANKSGIVING: Turkey, mashed potatoes, corn, stuffing, cranberry salad, rolls, pumpkin pie, apple pie.
Friday--Leftovers, of course!
Saturday--Either more leftovers, or pizza.
