Here's what we're eating this week:
Sunday--Grilled chicken wings, baked beans, salad
Tuesday--Creamy baked chicken breasts, baked potatoes, veggie
Wednesday--Enchiladas (didn't make last week)
Thursday--Kielbasa, Potatoes O'Brien, veggie
Saturday--Minestrone soup, Tuscan bread
We got a bunch of apples from a friend, so I'll make an apple crisp this week, slice some up for the freezer, and make applesauce.
