School is in full swing now, so it's back to a more structured routine around here, including written-out meal plans. Here's what we're eating this week:
Sunday--Tacos (chicken or ground turkey), fruit salad
Monday--Chicken, baked potatoes, veggie
Tuesday--Chicken and rice, veggie
Wednesday--Potato soup with ham
Thursday--Parmesan drumsticks, mashed potatoes, veggie
It looks like we're eating a lot of chicken this week. I'm not grocery shopping until later in the week, so I'm working with what's in the freezer!
