I completely stuck to our menu plan last week. On Saturday we had leftover pork tenderloin with roasted potatoes and carrots. Here's what we're eating this week:
Sunday--Went out to eat with the in-laws
Monday--Hamburgers, cole slaw and baked beans
Tuesday--Chicken and Rice
Wednesday through the end of the week--not sure yet, as I'll probably do my grocery shopping on Wednesday and figure out the rest of our meals after that.
