Menu Plan Monday

The menu plan worked well last week--only changes were a pizza-like dish on Friday night in stead of pizza, and on Saturday (after grocery shopping) we grilled bacon wrapped pork tenderloin and also had baked sweet potatoes and broccoli. Here's what we're eating this week:
Sunday--Grilled chicken, baked potatoes, mixed veggies
Monday--Breakfast for dinner: Eggs, fried potatoes, ham, toast and bananas
Tuesday--Taco pasta that I was considering for last week
Wednesday--Salmon and sides
Thursday--Baked chicken, mashed potatoes, carrots
