I haven't posted a menu in a few weeks, but I have been planning all along. Here's what we're eating this week:
Sunday--Homemade vegetable soup, rolls
Monday--Country style ribs cooked in the crock pot, baked potatoes, butternut squash
Tuesday--Dill crusted salmon, rice pilaf, veggie
Wednesday--Roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, veggie
Thursday--Not sure, something with chicken thighs or ground beef
Friday--Pizza
Saturday--TBD
